Apparently, the incident on Dancing with the Stars where Marie Osmond fainted was staged. Reality TV fake and scripted? I’d never believe it!
Sources on the set of “Dancing With the Stars” tell TMZ that Marie Osmond’s fainting spell was scripted — to the point where she had a writer just off camera feeding her lines when she stood up!
Our moles say Marie has a writer on set at all times, prompting her with witty conversation. One on-set source says he was in position when Marie went down — and didn’t miss a beat.

For all we know the real reason that Marie Osmond had to have a prompter was that she swears like a sailor on leave, and can’t be trusted to utter a sentence without dropping a few four-letter-words. A renpresentative for Marie denies that she has a writer-prompter.
Could this rumor be a nasty smear campaign to ruin her chances at winning DWTS?
In other Osmond family news, there are plans for the family to reunite for a television special, “The Osmond 50th Anniversary, starring The Osmond Brothers, with special guests Donny, Marie, and Jimmy.” Look for it on PBS in 2008.
Note by Celebitchy (includes spoilers): Marie Osmond came in third in this Season’s Dancing with the Stars, with Mel B and Maksim Chmerkovskiy the surprising runners-up. Helio Castroneves and Julianne Hough won this season. It was Juliane’s second consecutive win as a dance pro. If this is true that Osmond faked her collapse, it hardly seems fair that she made it into the top three.

OMG! I couldn’t take my eyes off of Donny Osmond! He dances like a White & Nerdy man!!!
So my friend sent me that because we all went to see Weird Al Yankovic on Saturday and one of the many many many laughs was the video of Donny in the screen behind him when he sang White & Nerdy. For years I have been hearing them talk about what an awesome show Weird Al was, so I finally gave in and boy I am glad I did. If you get a chance to see him the next time he tours (which he says won’t be for another year) I beyond suggest it! He puts on a show and then some!!!
BTW I will be posting more videos from Weird Al’s YouTube page in the future, so deal with it!!!!

And I love it!!! My friend Dave told me about this clip and as soon as I got home I YouTubed it! He said it was the funniest thing he has seen and I think he was so right! I seriously think that a part of Donny Osmond sincerely enjoyed doing that! You know there is a little tiny evil bone somewhere in his body that was dying to break free and it finally did! Donny Osmond has signed on to host ABC’s upcoming unscripted series "The Great American Dream Vote." The show features eight contestants who reveal a lifelong dream to the studio audience, explaining why they think it deserves to be fulfilled. Contestants will square off, and the studio audience will cast votes, eliminating entrants over several rounds. By the end of each show, two finalists will remain. Then viewers at home will have the opportunity to vote on which of the two most deserves to have his or her dream realized, with the results being disclosed at the opening of the following week’s episode. ABC has not set a premiere date for "Dream Vote," whose executive producers are also behind the network’s "Bachelor" series.
This show has failure all over it. I give it 4 weeks at the most.
