2006 Academy Award nominee Heath Ledger was found dead in one of his homes in Soho by his housekeeper at 3:35 p.m. EST. Police do not suspect foul play and say prescription sleeping pills were found near the 28-year-old actor’s body. Paramedics failed to revive him with CPR and pronounced him dead at the scene.

The 28-year-old actor has a two year old daughter with former fiancee Michelle Williams — they separated in September, 2007. He plays The Joker in the upcoming Batman film, “The Dark Knight” and is perhaps best known for his groundbreaking role as Ennis in “Brokeback Mountain.”

That really sucks. People believe it was a drug overdose because of the pills, but the cause of death has yet to be confirmed. The 911 call described it as a cardiac arrest. R.I.P. Heath Ledger. I think I just heard a legion of Batman fanboys callously yell out, “Nooo, did they finish filming The Dark Knight?!” in some sort of collective, solemn nerdgasm-mourning thing.

Update: The New York Times says he was found in Mary-Kate Olsen’s apartment (Mary-Kate was in Sundance at the time attending the premiere of The Wackness) [WTF?]. The masseuse and housekeeper opened the bedroom when no one answered and found Ledger “naked and unconscious on a bed, with pills scattered around his body.” Another source says the apartment is in no way related to Mary-Kate.

Update #2: Heath Ledger had a coke problem. Although, a friend tells TMZ he has been clean for a year. The housekeeper found him lying face down in the bed.

Lisa Williams: Life Among Dead is back for its second season tonight at 9p on Lifetime.
Tune into Ghost Whisper at 8p and then switch over to Lifetime to watch the real thing. You know how I told you to bring some Kleenex to watch Ghost Whisperer, well you if you have any left you will need them to watch this show. I love this show, but OMG I had tears in my eyes throughout most of the episodes I saw in a good way. She is amazing to watch and she is so right on when she talks to people that she is reading it will blow you away. You can tell that Lisa Williams is such a good soul and she is the right person that was given this power because the way she tells the person she is reading about their loved ones is done with such love and understanding the person walks away feeling good. The show left me wanting to go schedule an appointment with her, but sadly she no longer accepts personal appointments. I might not be able to have my own personal reading, but we can all watch her as she reads others. Seriously you will be amazed how good she is!
So tune into Lifetime tonight at 9p and watch Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead for a feel good show to end your work week.

The Dead Zone is alive again on USA tonight at 10p and it is so in the zone!
The Dead Zone is back tonight and there are a lot of changes ahead for the show. Anthony Michael Hall who plays Johnny Smith told Sci Fi that the show moved from it’s home of 5 years, Vancouver to Montreal. But that is not all that is changing for the show. The season starts off with the loss of two important characters. I read last year that they were going to be killing off characters and I guessed right who one of the two was that died in the season premiere. I will not tell you who dies, but the death was very emotional. As hard as Johnny tried to stop the death, he wasn’t able to and I am sure that will change his outlook on things and how he uses his power to see the future. That is not the only change for Johnny Smith, now when he touches the newly appointed Vice President of the United Stated, Greg Stillson (Sean Patrick Flanery - one of my to do actors) he doesn’t see the end of the world like he used to. Does that mean Stillson is not the doomsday person he once was or is there something wrong with Johnny’s powers? I can’t wait to see how that plays out!
There were rumors last year that season 5 was going to be The Dead Zone’s last season, I am glad that rumor was not true and the show is back for it’s sixth season! So please watch this show tonight and every Sunday night on USA at 10p, so we can get a lucky 7th season! This show is one of the few shows I actually watch in repeats, so that should give you a hint how good this show really is!
BTW another thing I find fun about watching The Dead Zone is looking at Anthony Michael Hall now and still not believing that is the same guy that was part of the brat pack in the ’80s! In fact yesterday’s episode was the first time I forgot about that!

At least 22 people were killed and 21 injured today on the Virginia Tech campus in what might have been two different shooting incidents on the campus. Not much is known because this just happened in the last few hours. The first shooting took place at 7:15a est in a dorm where one person was killed. The next shooting took place an hour later in one of the class buildings where a shooter went from classroom to classroom and just shot in to the rooms leaving at least 20 others dead. The school was on lockdown and there are conflicting reports that the shooter was arrested and another says he was killed I have been watching Fox News all morning and will try to keep you updated. This story just leaves me numb. My heart and prayers go out to all of the families 

UPDATE: Fox News is reporting now at least 32 dead.

Someone erroneously posted on Sinbad’s Wikipedia page that he died of heart attack over the weekend. Sinbad did an interview with AP and to let them he is still alive and kicking. He told them as soon as the news was posted on Wikipedia he started to receive calls, E-Mails and text messages to see if he was still with us. Who knew there were that many people checking out his Wikipedia page to find the fake update. When he was asked about how he felt about the rumor, he said this  "It’s gonna be more commonplace as the Internet opens up more and more. It’s not that strange." Sadly I think he is right, don’t you. BTW another update on him is that he is doing a tour with his stand-up if you want to see him (a)live!
